Professors from the Coordinated Science Lab—including Naira Hovakimyan, a professor of mechanical science and engineering and a member of the Beckman's Cognition, Lifespan Engagement, Aging, and Resilience Group; and Lui Sha, a professor of computer science and a member of Beckman's Intelligence, Learning and Plasticity Group; and Petros Voulgaris, a professor of aerospace engineering—have secured two grants to design more robust defenses against attacks to cyber-physical security systems.
